announcement out re strategic partnership, page-30

A few points come to my mind re this latest ANN.

Reactions or responses or Desicions from

1. DRA...are they out of the picture going forward and what would they do with the NKP shares they received?
I assume Ziji' want control,design etc of project/s from my reading of the ANN.

2. What will the paja neighbours think? Will Ziji' ask for further and better particulars regarding their paja as they are now an effected party? or will this strategic investment move act as a catalyst to finalise SA regalatory process? ANN mentions pending approvals?

3. (Genorah // AMAD) plans seem trumped by Zijies' 20mil?
or have i misunderstood this?More could happen?or not?

I think that it is a very "strategic" move..and maybe not the last one? but from here.......
everyone should benefit, i hope.

Huashan Capital mentioned at end of the ANN ...might be the co below? and I like reading about other transactions that they have been involved with...any comments?
