my response to your valued questions....
1. DRA will build the mine and manage its operation. They have a history of success and will deliver the goods. Just check out their current projects. I believe that more details on the management contract will emerge once financing is announced.
DRA will not dispose of their shares unless there is a takeover offer.
The same goes for IOP who also hold 4m NKP shares.
2. If there are no conditions re the Anglo dispute attached to Xijin's Term Sheets then I believe that there is confidence that Anglo/ARM will not succeed in any litigation. Xijin woul;d have done is DD before any commitment.
There is still a possible solution such as offering the H farm. However I believe its most likely not an option now that X is on board.
3.AMED has most likely been paid off. It was Genorah's problem not NKP's. Its up to Genorah to advise whether funds had been advanced to it by Xijin as part of a two way deal.
It's now just a matter of time while we await the next piece of the puzzle... funding arrangements.
Will the Garatau project be fully funded?
Does Xijin want 51% of the Garatau project?
or
Will Xijin make a takeover bid for NKP once it has secured funding for mine development and takeover?
The sp is at sub 10cents BECAUSE the market awaits answers.
