The only reason city pacific did not purchase recently is because they wanted to pay 60 million in script and no cash up front and this was refused by MFS hardly the actions of something that is worthless

CIY probably have a worse cash flow than MFS at the moment so refused to stump up any cash

Even a Bank would have a problem if their was bad media coverage and every invesor wanted out at the same time
