While King's $550m plan is a disaster (he was wrong, so were those investment bankers), the way Craig White
handled the crisis is rapid, decisive, and I am quite impressed.
The completion of the CVC deal gives mfs a much better cash position and more certainty.
Yes, the CVC deal was sold as a deep discount, but mfs' first priority is to survive.
