Since Scott is not a funds manager and Hutson is it makes sense. Pity they did not take up their positions as directors earlier as offered and all this pain and suffering could have been avoided
Alternatively the company may be found to be hopelessly insolvent (surprise, surprise) and they are there to pickup the pieces for a bargain basement price.
Either way they win... not so sure about the shareholders/punters!
