announcement out stella sale, page-7

I have a lot to loose as well if MFS goes under ($100k plus) but I am tired of everyone saying that MFS will be worthless due to the Stella sale. The 35% stake in Stella would have to be worth close to $1 Billion alone. Does everyone agree that their is still good value in MFS just with Stella stake. The Stella business in a few years could easily be worth $4 Billion in total.
The only concern I have now about Stella is if investors pull out of their managed funds or stick with MFS and also concerns about the NZ businesses.

I dont think MFS's debt situation was that bad to begin with its just that they didnt have it structured properly and was confusing. In the last few years they should have been raising funds from shareholders instead of going into debt to buy businesses.

I might be wrong about all this but these are my thoughts.
