In my humble opinion, MXC will first need time to sort out the purchase arrangements and then we will find out how much it costs and where the money is coming from.
Considering there will most likely be a need for new capital, I am antecipating that there will be a requirement for either a CR or bank finance, hence I believe MXC will go into Suspension before it trades again.
