Part of the announcement states that the Directors were found not to be in breach of "continuous disclosure", that is a judgement call, but what they ommited to say in the announcement was that all of the disclosures up until the final few were nothing but misinformation, rubbish, spin, crap, lies , deceipt - pick your own adjective. Wonder if HC can put in a few more sentiments.
