    re: ++ cleveland-cliffs (us) on the prowl again! + Of course a takeover is on the cards. If the stock has a valuation from a broker of $2.64 and it only worth 40c there is a good chance someone could be interested in accumulating stock for a possible takeover, especially when it is so cheap with so much potential.
