Morningstar don't add them to market cap, but we should as an investor. Unquoted shares are still shares and they have just the same right to take our profits.
So no, this company is not trading at cash backing.
I really hate morningstar for doing that, now I got the habit of checking 3B before I buy shares. So time wasting.
