Avexa Limited (ASX Code: AVX)
Request for Trading Halt
We refer to the notice of meeting lodged with the ASX on 26 May 2010, in relation to the
requisitioned general meeting of Avexa Limited (the Company) to be held at 10:00am on 6 July
2010.
Given that the resolutions to be considered at the meeting concern the management of the
Company, in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 the Company requests that an immediate trading
halt be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) with respect to the Companys ordinary
shares, pending an announcement from the Company regarding the outcome of the resolutions to
be considered at the general meeting.
The Company requests that the trading halt lasts until it makes the announcement or the
commencement of normal trading on 7 July 2010, whichever is the earlier.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor is it aware
of any other information required to be provided to the market or ASX in relation to the trading halt.
