Great post wobbly. As to SVH, it seems something is not right. Can't find about this company. The only mention (except GBZ today's announcment) is this article:

On the same date, SVHC has entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with AOS (the AOS S&P Agreement) pursuant to which SVHC will acquire from AOS all of AOSs right, title and interest in the Assets. The aggregate consideration for the Proposed Acquisition (the Acquisition Consideration) will be satisfied by: A$13,500,000 payable to AOS on behalf of SVHC; and SGD12,675,000 payable to the Vendors.
