paoloh is not far off in my opinion. If this operation can make FeV for less than $US23/kg i will be very surprised.
Regarding the "iron ore" well if that has been through the kiln and leach circuit it will be full of sodium and not at all saleable. South Africans have been trying to find a use for the iron rich leached calcine from their vanadium operations for 40 years - still no luck.
