So is this why Nido's share price barely flinched when the Shell farm in was announced? I would have thought it would have gone up a few ticks even though it was a dog of a deal. Seems a smart cookies would have been shorting/selling in anticipation of this capital raising.
They didn't even have the decency to pump up the share price ala CCC style prior to the TH. They could have called a TH at so many points when the share price was much higher.
