I will add that Mr Lawrence appears to be taking the stance of minimal dilution to existing shareholders,
He has raised enough money to keep the company chugging along and in time that will mean a higher share price as the price of silver rises and CCU's fundamentals improve and that translates into less dilution when the time finally arrives to finance.
All in all I couldn't ne happier...GREAT move from mamangement.Just what I wanted.
