Now I'm confused.

Is this right...

A community successfully claimed to the Concourt that they were not negotiated with adequately, and therefore DMR didnt do its paperwork properly

A second community is going to sue Bengwenya for falsely representing them in court.

And in the mean time Genorah is going to reapply to DMR, with a whole heap of communities, EXCEPT for the one that took them to court?

This is doing my head in!
