Transol Corporation Limited ? Liberty Mining Update
(ASX Code: TNC)
Transol Corporation Limited as been notified via its wholly owned subsidiary, Liberty Mining
International Pty Ltd (?Liberty?), that an injunction has been served on Summer Gold Investments Pvt
Ltd (?Summer Gold?), a Cambodian company that Liberty has sought to acquire as announced to ASX
on 20 October 2010. Until clarification of the legal standing on the injunction is clarified, Liberty will
reserve its rights with regard to completion of the Summer Gold transaction.
