Just thinking out loud, ... whoever JH gets to do a JV with, looking at CTP's history, failed JV's, "failed" drills, no oil, gas or helium as yet, except coal potential, ... I would suspect the bargaining power would be in the potential partner's corner and am concerned that there are no benevolent or charitable JV's.
JH might have to sit in the back seat for CTP to move ahead. --- (no more photos of Bev. Hill Billys, please)

I think JH will have a difficult job ahead in gaining a suitably large partner, if he hasn't got one lined up already, and if they are aware of CTP's past performance.

O2 and surprise should possibly have been fracced, (vert. or hor.), at the time of drilling, knowing it was a tight play, to at least get some positive result on the board, IMO.

Grangeh, I think probably a 60/40 ctp would be closer.
