    it was well publicised in the CN announcement - VWAP + discount for conversion...

    good on em, they've kicked $250k into the kitty... lets just see how it plays out, see how much damage they can do with a measley 14mil shares... Camo is right, not even a blip on last two days trading of $2mil or 70mil shares...
