I will give you another scenario no shallow Coal has been found if it has then they are holding onto price sensitive news so they are moving and saying little about the depth of coal because the SP will tank more. So moving to what they hope will be shallow could boost the SP making it easier to bring on a CR.
Any sign of shallow coal and it will be look how much potential coal we have and now its shallow so coal will flow by the way give us some more cash.
Only real thing that could be said is desperate.
