He is a director of Mobilarm

This is something that annoys me no end, and I know other CEO's do this.

We pay him 750k cash salary to work for the company, which under his watch will go into VA (or to someone cheaply). Yet he still has time to be a diretor for another company, and it was actually 2 other comapnies until June or July.

I know if I was unable to fulfill my role, my employer would not let me work for another comapny on the side,yet CL managed to find time instead of running the company as he was paid to do.

As CEO he has either been negligent or imcompetent in his duties.

I will bet my bottom dollar that some how or rather he will end up coming out of this roses.
