Asxbull, why would you do that?
Neptune shareholders have already paid 70% or more to the vendors. Why would they now give back those assets when they could be sold? I imagine the bank would not permit it. Better to go into administration, sell off all assets and pay debts. The vendors would be in line with everyone else.
Giving away assets would be a crime unless you are that vendor!
