    I,ve had VWM on my watchlist for a short time.In previous ann they stated that the chinese would free carry them to production for 65% stake,seemed fair enough if capex was to be a considerable amount.In todays ann chinese are making thier final payment of 500k bringing total payment to 1 mil.What is this project actually worth.
