From my understanding BlackOil, they will be informing the ASX this morning and removing the trading halt in place. The announcement will sent to Justin Nelsen, EPE's acting agent for the ASX. He will review and confirm it meets ASX requirements, this is being done as we speak, from there on it will up to the ASX to release the information to the public and place EPE back to normal trading.
Just a quick thought, If Justin Nelson happens to take a sicky today then the announcement will be sitting in his bottom draw and the ASX will not receive it. Can you imagine??
But that wont happen.
It should be on its way.
