Corporate Update
The company is still in discussions with Oceanwide International Resource and Investment Co.Ltd and others in relation to ongoing financing and placement of CuDeco Securities, as approved by shareholders. Over the next few days the Company?s representatives in Hong Kong will meet with Oceanwide.
The company will remain in voluntary suspension until the discussions have been completed, for the benefit of all CuDeco sharehold
