That might be true if you were talking about a process such as open pit mining which, unquestionably, would desecrate a sacred site. RWD are in the business of solution evaporative HARVESTING of what, essentially, is a salt. The long term adverse impact of this process on any site would be zero.
As to decisions about subsequent sacred sites and other mines I'm sure the Martu / WDLAC are capable of making those on their merits without being prejudiced by any decision they take with respect to RWD / LD.
