Well folks, you can debate all you like on the meaning of the litigation outcome but the market is the best judge.
The market says it liked the outcome.

We are up albiet only up 2% but on a day of gloom for most energy and commodity stocks. And the oppies are up 5%!

On any other day it would be a 4-5% jump.

Now whether our relationship with Century is in tact and we can move on to recommence drilling is the key.
One would have to think that Century are a little peeved and may not continue a comercial relationship with CTP?
But as CB states it is in both parties interest to move on and work together.
