We will be trying to get more information out of the company, & we will soon see if this news marks a real change in investor relations. As for any further actions we will need to properly consult with our members & advisers, we have no wish to shoot ourselves in the foot - after all this news contains most of what we have been agitating for. The major negative here is the potential for huge dilution along with Jinchuan having reneged on the Notes already agreed. We need to ascertain if Jinchuan are willing to write down some of the debt, with all losses since relist being a direct result of the grossly incompetent way the company has been run directly by them.
