That certainly seems like something that should have been disclosed openly, not to a lone shareholder (no offence Bob, i have no reason to doubt what you have posted, even if you can't spell "teh" and forget what day it is from time to time LOL!). Strange behaviour if this has indeed been passed on from a company official???
