From Bahar's post of a few weeks ago, they were going to have an announcement before Australia Day, which they did. It was conservative too, which is smart. Suppose they had said 3.5 billion tonnes then had an "oops" moment "sorry actually it's only 1.6 billion tonnes". Just think how well that would have gone over. It's a target at this point, most likely a bit of fine tuning. Get over it and get a life.
