I don't really see this announcement making much difference. If anything it just makes them look a bit unprofessional. If they knew they would be able to update the estimate 3 days after the initial announcement they should have just held off on the announcement. It would have been better to just hold onto it and give it as an upside when they get further confirmation of the resource, its almost like they have thought to themselves "hmm they weren't happy with that number so lets give them a bigger one, its only a target estimate anyway".
