The National Park is a proposal from the current Qld governement, so a change in state governement at the elecetions may make this redundant. The information was in the press on 1 March, so have to assume that Management weren't aware of this and have only become aware as part of these settlement negotiations.

But not the 50% share price rise we were all expecting tomorrow.
