So PLV is worth 45c ? mid point between 30c and 60c roughly twice the current S/P
But Cockatoo is worth $1m to $10m - that's a pretty broad range LOL.
On face value selling stock at 35.5c that's worth 45c in return for selling 50% of something for $32m that's only Worth say $5m seems a pretty sweet deal to me ! Well done Tony
