I tend to agree with you Mrs Peel, particularly with LJC Investors and the like. But normally they get a set price for conversion over the life of the facility - hence they sell immediately when the price is significantly higher than their conversion price.
Interesting here is that their price is a 10% discount to prevailing market prices. And if they're getting issued with fairly significant chunks of shares at a time, it may be difficult to offload them on-market for much profit at all. I suppose we'll see how this turns out whenever the first issue is made.
