All and all I think this is a good deal...

MNM will have 10 million available at anytime during the next three years?
MNM can still do a CR or a placement during the three years if they want( no restrictions is very good IMO)
IF MNM issue them shares at a 10% discount and they do offload onto the market right away IK can/will see what is happending and he can choose not to use the facility?

So many variables BUT MNM has the control,option to use facility when and if needed which is a HUGE benefit in these economis times.

We all know IK hates dilution and IMO this is a backup arrangement. We are still not going to waste cash and do crazy things. This still allows management to progress the projects even if funding remains tight.
All and all I am happy...
