Vultures versus investors
Desperation versus good management
Long term versus short term investment.

I am a confessed novice, but it seems to me that whatever the organisations intentions they appear to see an upside in MNM and given they are willing to invest 10mil they envisage making a profit somewhere down the road.

I would of thought that attracting foreign investment would be a plus, though I am willing to be corrected, from those who have greater insight.
