So Genorah's shares are being sold, the SP has taken 100% dive and the company didnt inform the market. This is highly price sensitive.
They are arranging for remaining shares to be sold through a tender process as opposed to on market selling. The company should have suspended its shares immediately, when this info first came to light. Only after the Market Cap has been slashed by half they decide to take action.
