A class action is needed against ASX for failing to take
action against NKP back when it became known that NKP
did not inform the market re court case years ago.
Fortunately I sold out at 42c but still made a loss but
would've never invested if ASX were doing their job.They
need to be made accountable for all investors losses in
this and it would also help restore the market's integrity.
