    i think you will find that although ENI have no continuous disclosure obligations, because they are in JV with a company who DO have those obligations, then ENI will be privy to the same...thus, anything material for MEO is material for the JV and as such, will be announcement IMMEDIATELY...

    take the recent Mbawa drill for EG with PCL and co...PCL were releasing reports that neither Tullow or Apache were..
