    Hi Lopez,

    Really sorry - fingers moving too fast I guess. I read what I wrote 2 or 3 times before posting, and still missed it !

    There are only 2 - although the 15% is accurate as a worst case scenario (2 / 13). Really surprised they mentioned the 2nd patient going to the extension without mentioning how many (if any) were not successful.

    Once again apologies for the typo though.
