I read sometime ago in a post, I think to Baukaw, if I'm correct he or she asked a question "are you a lawyer" you replied stating you were. Now, my question to you, if you have a legal background what are you thoughts re the legalities of some posters threats and legal options.

I'm not suggesting we take legal action or anything down this road, I'm just asking you, because to date, you have never given an opinion on the suggestions re legal action/letters to ASIC etc. Maybe if all the threats are just crap why not come out and tell us, no way or all the way.
