    Aw gee its probably all part of iPower relationships.......
    I reckon they could have got the finance cheaper in Germany from NRW but there you are.

    The Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau has lowered the interest rates for subsidised loans in the KfW home ownership program (program no. 124) 26 April 2013. Builders and future homeowners can finance a KfW loan to finance the acquisition or the construction of self-use homes or condominiums with up to 50,000 euro per project here. The acquisition of shares in housing cooperatives can be credited via the KfW program 134. The subsidised loans are currently provided from an effective interest rate of 1.92%. Thus, the effective interest rate of formerly 2.02%, one percentage point decreases.

    ?It will be encouraged in the construction:
    Cost of plot construction costs such as material and labor costs, construction costs for the architects, energy or building Advisor, notary, brokerage fees and the real estate transfer tax, costs for outdoor installations,
    ?Promoted at the time of purchase:
    Purchase price, cost of repair, reconstruction and modernisation, ancillary costs such as the notary or brokerage fees and the tax
    ?It will be encouraged by gift or inheritance:
    Renovation and conversion costs, construction costs, withdrawal of co-heirs, costs, for example for the notary and land registry
