From well number 4 onwards the capital, production and profit will be shared on a 70% (Farm-in Partner) and 30% (Austin) basis.


Only for my understanding...
The new Partner spend 24m for three wells and will have no participation on these wells?

So, if all is running fine...AKK would have 3 Producing wells 100% owned by AKK...

If my understanding is wrong please correct me.

If not...very very nice Deal!


So the Deals worth is 24m + 3 wells production revenue (if successful)...
