Crisis...there is no obvious reason why the market would bring the price back to 11c and 60m market cap (once new shares are issued). The market is valuing RES in it's current state at $60m. The "theory" goes that the market will still value the company the same, but with $60m cash on top (which means 22c/share). Of course the market is skittish and can do anything. At market cap of $60m (11c)RES would only be reflecting the cash and nothing else. Hopefully, it will be the opposite and the perception will be of de-risking. We will know soon enough I guess.
