That's occurred to me as well Rob. Liquidity has always been so poor, you don't need to sell many shares per day to keep the price below 20cents.
I read somewhere that 40% of the shares are owned by those who aren't institutions or management i.e. regular punters.
Having a pessimistic lead-up to the EO might encourage those punters not to participate, leaving more shares available to those parties mentioned in the EO docs.
