Agreed. Debt is likely in the wings pending new equity I'd imagine. As I mentioned a while back, BBY appears to be quite well informed. Don't be surprised when the BOOT option materialises. The economics are a bit disappointing (and I don't really have a spare 100k lying around to take it all up - may have to sell a kidney). Crucially it's a project still moving in the right direction - which speaks volumes. Expect the usual trash from the usual trolls however.....
