    Ahjay,

    As I posted earlier ERM are a very professional outfit and very successful.

    Do you really think that ERM sat idle as a major JV partner and said nothing to EGO.????

    Don't you think they may have at least tried to talk to EGO in some way.???

    I don't believe ERM went off willy nilly and just bought 10% to have 1st say on matters.
