- a bunch of positive announcements by the company re progress, indicative flow rates, etc etc etc (see 2010 and 2011 announcements)

- nothing meaningful showing up in the official government records (see H's posts over the coming months)

- no movement on the board restructuring (did anyone ever think this was serious?)

- shares still in suspension

happy to be proven wrong, but i just can't see it

it doesn't matter anyway, you will take the company announcements as gospel and believe everything is fine
