There is a serious 'dufus factor' somewhere around this company.
In Dec, when they announced that takeup of rights - it was announced on the fly without even the slightest halt in trading.
4 weeks later and they go into a trading halt (not even just a Pre-Nr), and for what? Why...to announce that they've issued a 1/4 of what they did in December.
Considering the lack of underwriting - I think they really need to get a smarty on board in regards to corporate strategy.
