I think that's probably wishful thinking Kiddo. I think the most likely scenario is that they view every additional dollar they can bank as a win. The raising was ostensibly to fund the manufacture of SM6 for the Onyx trial, and the company confirmed that the original $5.5m was enough to allow this, so the balance is basically an opportunistic case of striking while the iron's hot.
